Our hotel-restaurant is a calm, relaxing stop close to main routes, nestled in a green corner. Our accommodation, set in a large park with bamboo, conifers and centuries-old trees, is a former private mansion from the 1920s.
Sylvie and Gilles are eager to cook their sun-kissed recipes for you and to show you the warm interior of their building.
After a good meal and a pleasant night, let yourself be carried to the other side of the Rhône, into the Pilat Regional Natural Park, where the paths are earthen, the air pure and smiles easy!

The Rooms
Our sunny, comfortable rooms are located on the first floor of the establishment, in a romantic, cosy setting. We offer several room categories, from single to quadruple, to satisfy all travellers, whether alone or accompanied. From your window you will find century-old trees overlooking the large, verdant park.
Restaurant
Our restaurant has two dining rooms: a large one that can accommodate up to 40 people, and a more intimate one with a capacity of around thirty people. A friendly place where people come from across the region to enjoy authentic cuisine made with fresh ingredients. Gilles cooks dishes according to the seasons, much to the delight of curious food lovers, regulars or visitors passing through Isère, in Roussillon.
Weddings, receptions, seminars
We regularly organise receptions, weddings, family gatherings, seminars, recruitment sessions or corporate conferences at our establishment. L’Orée du Château offers à la carte or «all-inclusive» packages for your private events. Contact us for rates and availability.
