Our hotel-restaurant is a calm and relaxing place to stay, close to the main roads and nestling in a corner of greenery. Our accommodation, set in a large park with bamboo, conifers and century-old trees, is a former town house dating from the 1920s.
Sylvie and Gilles can't wait to cook up their southern-style recipes and show you around their cosy home.
After a good meal and a pleasant night's sleep, let yourself be carried away to the other side of the Rhône, to the Pilat nature park, where the paths are dirt, the air pure and the smile easy!

Our services
The rooms
Our sunny, comfortable rooms are located on the first floor of the hotel, in a cosy, romantic setting. We have several room categories, from single to quadruple, to suit all travellers, whether alone or accompanied. At your window, you'll find century-old trees watching over the large green park.
Restaurant
Our restaurant has two dining rooms: a large one that can seat up to 40 people, and a more intimate one with a capacity of around thirty. It's a friendly place, where people from all over the region come to enjoy authentic cuisine based on fresh produce. Gilles prepares dishes according to the season, to the delight of curious gourmets, whether they are regulars or just passing through Roussillon in the Isère region.
Weddings, receptions, seminars
We regularly organise receptions, weddings, family reunions, seminars, recruitment sessions and company conferences on our premises. L'Orée du Château offers à la carte or all-inclusive packages for your private events. Contact us for prices and availability.
